What we collect
Account details (name, email, license number), course progress, quiz and evaluation responses, and payment metadata. Card numbers never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe.
Why we collect it
To issue valid CE certificates (boards require your name and license), to run the platform, and to send transactional email about your account. Marketing email is opt-in and separately controlled.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Mux (video delivery), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. We report completions to CE Broker or a licensing board only when you ask us to.
Your rights
Export or delete your data from Account → Security at any time. Certificates already issued remain verifiable because boards may audit them.
